oracle booth

Oracle is a synesthetic system that works as a computational poet. An immersive installation conceived as a digital temple, it reads the astrological chart of each visitor, crosses their birth sky with the aspects of the present day, and translates it all into music, light, visuals, color, and a poem printed on thermal paper. One person at a time.

Each element of astrology becomes sensory matter. Signs become root notes. Planets become synthesizer timbres. Aspects become intervals and tension. The lunar phase shifts the intensity, the elements shape the palette, and the I Ching points toward transformation. The natal chart writes the poem, which appears as concrete poetry in ASCII.

The booth is built with a solarpunk aesthetic, using reclaimed materials from the desert: CRT televisions, monitors, cables, and metal and wood structures. On the tube screens, the visuals are entirely typographic, while color pulses with the aspects of the day.

The encounter lasts between eight and ten minutes. At the end, a thermal printer delivers a timestamped poem, written for that body, at that hour, in that place. A code-based installation developed over the course of one year of solo research. Premiered at the Bombay Beach Biennale 2026, in the Salton Sea, California in May of 2026.

Birds of Ceará is an immersive installation by VJ Suave. With 360° projections on four walls and the floor, the artists guide the public on a unique journey through the nuances of Ceará's nature. This installation presents the diversity of 29 birds in different environments, all represented in 2D and 3D animations, transforming into audiovisual narratives that celebrate the unique beauty of these birds in their habitats.

The work was developed at the invitation of Director Silas de Paula to become part of the permanent collection of

Museum of Image and Sound of Ceará.

Temple of Reflections
Temple of Reflections is an immersive, generative installation that brings together spirituality, art and technology. Inspired by the religious practices of Taiwan, it is a sanctuary for inner reflection guided by artificial intelligence, where visitors converse with an entity versed in Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and local beliefs.

During the experience, visitors see their image reflected as Guanyin, Confucius or Buddha, symbolizing compassion, reflection and enlightenment. The conversations generate images on the side walls, and at the end, when the visitor says goodbye, a poem is created from the exchange.

Temple of Reflections is an installation by Renata Chebel and Ygor Marotta, presented at the Taiwan Technology and Culture Expo 2024 in Kaohsiung.
