Ceci Soloaga and Ygor Marotta, also known as VJ Suave, are a duo of visual artists known for their singular approach to art and technology in the city streets. Since 2009 they have combined projection mapping, animation and urban intervention, creating immersive visual experiences that interact directly with their surroundings.
With their projections, VJ Suave creates a singular moment with the viewer, using digital art as a form of expression and awareness. Their animations are vehicles for reflection on themes such as sustainability, cultural diversity and care for the environment, seeking to awaken collective consciousness and encourage positive change in society.

suaveciclo
The Suaveciclo is the audiovisual tricycle created by VJ Suave, on which the artists project their animations in motion through the city streets. This form of expression combines technology, art and mobility into a singular visual experience. As they pedal, the artists cast their animations onto building facades, walls, trees, or any surface that can become a screen.
This performance has been shown in 25 countries around the world, at festivals of art, technology, cinema, music, animation, street art and more.
Aves do Ceará is an immersive installation by VJ Suave. With 360° projections across four walls and the floor, the artists lead audiences on a singular journey through the nuances of Ceará's nature. The installation portrays the diversity of 29 birds in different habitats, all rendered in 2D and 3D animation and woven into audiovisual narratives that celebrate the unique beauty of these birds in their environments.

Floresta Encantada is an experience created for Virtual Reality. Combining cutting-edge technology with the timeless knowledge of Indigenous peoples, Ceci Soloaga and Ygor Marotta lead us into a world that responds to our gestures and movements. The duo's game has no obstacles to overcome, only a path along which relationships form with the characters and the surroundings.
